We're concluding our Divinia sermon series, where we're learning about how spiritual practices of "divina" can help us connect to the Divine. This Sunday Pastor Christian leads us in an examination of the practice of Odoratio Divina with a sermon from John 11:32-44. This practice is based on the word divine which means to turn towards God. It is the Latin word for smelling and breathing in. Just as we take time to smell the roses, we can take time to breathe in the presence of God. This can be done anywhere, anytime, and with anything that has a scent.
