On February 12, we were blessed at our UVC-West site by a special sermon conversation on reproductive justice between Rabbi Max Weiss of Oak Park Temple and our own Pastor Christian Coon. This morning we launched a new sermon series on reproductive justice called "Liberating Our Bodies: A Call to Reproductive Justice." We had the special honor this morning of being addressed by Dr. Toni Bond, one of the original group of Black women who coined the term "reproductive justice" in 1994. Tune in as Dr. Bond speaks about the free will exercised by Mary in scripture and necessary for all pregnant-capable people in the fight for reproductive justice.
